Quick Signals monitors publicly available content on social media platforms (including X/Twitter and others) and public websites to identify mentions of target companies and topics you configure. This may include:

• Publicly listed business contact details (e.g., work email, phone number, LinkedIn profile) that may be surfaced through our "unlock" features.
• Location signals associated with public posts (e.g., country, state, city) where available.

We do not access private accounts, private messages, or content behind a login wall, and we do not circumvent any platform's authentication or access controls.

1.3 Information Collected Automatically

• Usage data: pages viewed, filters applied, features used, timestamps.

Quick Signals requires a mandatory human review and approval step before any AI-generated message is sent or posted. We do not autonomously send messages or post content on your behalf. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any outbound communication generated through the Service.

• With your organization's authorized users, as configured in your account.
• With service providers who perform functions on our behalf (e.g., hosting, analytics, payment processing), under confidentiality obligations.

Because Quick Signals surfaces publicly posted content and publicly listed contact information about third parties (such as business owners or social media users mentioned in monitored content), please note:

• This information originates from public sources, not from the individuals directly to us.
• We encourage users to use surfaced contact information responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and similar regulations) when conducting outreach.
